With 16 years of experience and a background in gastronomy, Head Chef Marcondes has worked in various restaurants in London, UK, where he learned and acquired the European cooking style. His passion for Mediterranean seafood led him to Italy, where he discovered the importance of seafood in Europe’s kitchens.

We decided to put a unique twist on a few of the classics, crafting some delicious creations such as our very own Rainbow Martini ( a mix of lychee liqueur, vodka, lime juice and lavender syrup) or our Snapper Gin (gin, elderflower liqueur, muddled cucumber, fresh mint, fresh lime & apple juice) Yum!
